- Since these are instant digital downloads/services, cancellations are not allowed once purchased.
- Refunds will only be considered if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- You didn’t receive access within 48 hours of payment and our support team fails to resolve it.
Service-Based Projects
- Advance payments for services (digital marketing, design, etc.) are non-refundable once the work has started.
How to Request Refund

- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
